Interesting

It seems that Monark isn't as gone as the Order would have hoped.
We got that video in our inbox today shortly after lunchtime.
Maybe it'll let the sons of bitches know we aren't as easily squashed as some bugs.
Echelon out.

Not Over Yet

The Slate Has Been Cleaned

Monark, Switch, Finch, Jared.
They're all gone now. It's just me and Baron and Encore. Left to pick up the pieces. So I guess that makes me the new boss of StormFaction, or what's left of it anyway.

We have no weapons, no money, no contact with any resistance groups. We're fighting blind, if we decide to start fighting again at all.

Monark was flawed in his vision. He was always running, ducking and diving. He never took the Order head on like he should have.

Never did anything big. It was only a matter of time before they found him and the rest of us.

I think I'll enjoy watching the Order burn.
Yes. I think I really will.

Me

Considering I won't be around for a while, I've decided to tell you who I am and my story. Because if the Order know then there's no point in hiding it anymore.

My name is Jack Doherty. I was born on the 12th of January, 1984.
I was once a member of the Hymn of One, so were my parents, my two older brothers. And my younger sister. Evelyn.
I grew up in an urban district just outside of Drogheda and that's where my parents first started getting into the workings of the HoO. My father became a Deacon, and at first I didn't know what that was, but now I know all too well. My mother was equally as obsessed with the religion and she brainwashed us day in and day out, but it wasn't until they came for Evey that I woke up to what was going on. She was sixteen years old when they came for her.
My brothers professed innocence and claimed it was for a greater good. But she was terrified. I tried fighting with them and arguing with my parents. But it did no good.
The Order took her. And the Order killed her.
I tried to avenge her as best as I could. Only nineteen years old when she died. I took my father's gun and shot him. I hated him for what he had done, for what he had let them do to her.
Evelyn screamed and begged for him to let her go, to take her home to her mother and family as they drained the life out of her on that table.
So I killed him. And I ran. And I kept running for what seemed like a lifetime, from city to city, trying to avoid being seen or caught. That was when I met the Resistance, and Switch and Echelon and the others. We all had been jilted by the Order in some way.
Echelon lost his home, Silver lost his mother. Switch...well she lost nothing. Lying bitch.
But I guess it's all history now. We made contact with other Resistance groups around the world and established a plan over the last 3 years to take down the Order here.
And then LonelyGirl15 came onto the scene and the world saw what was happening. We thought they would wake up and the Order was finished. But it didn't work out that way.
Bree died and now they have a new girl. Kate, in London. And because of Switch we're as good as dead.
So I guess this is it from me. Wish me luck and I hope to get back to Ireland as soon as I can.
But I fear that might be longer than I can bear and I'll get myself killed.
It has been a pleasure, my friends.
Monark out.

Counterbleed

Alright, so the Order knows who and what we are now.
Switch was a spy. She killed Carl for telling us what he knew before leaving.
She told them everything about us.
Names, family, jobs, what we look like, where we lived. Basically we can't go anywhere anymore or they'll find us. So, as of midnight tonight, we're going to split up and go our separate ways.
I know it sounds like we're giving up, but we have to disband for the meantime until we can come up with a strategy. We're not leaving the city, we're leaving the continent. Or at least I am.
Baron and Echelon are going to keep this blog up and running and give updates on the situation from now on, so any broadcasts will be from them as of tonight.
We have some friends that are going to help us get out under the cover of darkness, basically.
We failed Bree, we failed Kate, we failed Wasp and Silver and everyone.
The Order has won the war here in Ireland. There's no resistance anymore here, but hopefully the Londonists can come up with some kind of plan to help us.
Belfast, Derry, Cork, Dublin, Galway and Limerick are the six vantage points that we need to take back if we are to be successful. But it won't happen for a very long time.
I only hope that I get to see my friends again.
That I get to see my daughter again.

Oh God I hope we make it through the night.

Status Report

Carl is dead, or so we think.
Switch is gone, too. We discovered that they had been missing for some hours when we returned to the base. Signs of a struggle were everywhere, along with some blood and a note left by Carl.

'My death has been the one thing real in my life. Now feel the hammer of the Hymn.'

We don't know what that means, but we now know that he was indeed working for the HoO, we got that out of him a few days ago, along with info on the girl here. Turns out that they already got to her. We don't know if she's alive or dead, but she went willingly. Our efforts have been seriously undermined.
Time to rethink.
